As a developer/operator of GC Notify infrastructure, I would like to be able to quickly understand the impacts of a specific PR
WHY are we building?
We would like to increase the number of releases per day of the terraform repo, but in order to do so we need to better document what a PR is and how it will affect production. This will allow ops leads to approve changes to production in a more informed and efficient manner.
WHAT are we building?
Update the PR template on notification-terraform to include the following:
Simple Change Y/N
Impacts Users? + Type of Impact
Quick Release or Scheduled?
VALUE created by our solution
This will provide the ability to potentially release multiple times per day. There will be increased communication and involvement between the developers and ops lead.
Acceptance Criteria
Given some context, when (X) action occurs, then (Y) outcome is achieved.
