Description

As aNotify develope, I need to be able to use Athena to diagnose system problems

WHY are we building?

some problems need Athena to investigate (ie some logs are not in CloudWatch)

WHAT are we building?

Training for other Notify devs on what Athena can investigate and how to use it

VALUE created by our solution

Faster and more accurate diagnosis of future problems

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] sample Athena queries created
[ ] training documentation created
[ ] support training scenarios created
[ ] training given to devs

QA Steps

[ ] Devs confident in using Athena
