I need a sniffing solution to analyze AWS internal traffic data
so that I can properly analyze root cause of certain issues
such as incident Celery could not download and attach file.

To inspect network traffic data when necessary and have quick tools at our disposition.

Investigate tools that we could use. Provide recommendation on setup and necessary effort. Put this into an ADR.
