Description

As a new developer of GCNotify, I want to make of the API locally, So that I can perform my work

WHY are we building?

Update our documentation as these seem out of date.

WHAT are we building?

Update our documentation.

VALUE created by our solution

Have new team members setup their tools with existing documentation.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Documentation steps are followed and lead to a successful API local setup.

QA Steps

[ ] README changes are reviewed carefully.
