As a notify SRE, I would like to be able to dynamically set values into our kustomize deployments so that I don't have to copy/paste files across multiple folder paths per environment.

This would simplify the development and maintenance of the kubernetes deployments for Notify.

See if there is a way to inject environment variables into kustomize beyond using envsubst
