Description

As a Sender, I need to know if there won't be a cost associated with a daily limit increase, so that I don't have to worry about getting an approval from my clients/manager.

As a Sender, I want to provide a rationale for a daily limit increase so that I can feel reassured that my request will be accepted.

And, if I'm unsure about how much of an increase to request, I need to know that I can change my mind later and how to get a rough guess at what my limit should be, so that I feel reassured about what I'm requesting

Participants seemed to want to be more certain that their daily limit request would go through.

WHAT are we building?

Revised daily limit increase screen that says there's no increase in cost, where to go to estimate their daily limit increase request, and that they can change their minds later.

VALUE created by our solution

Reassured Senders could mean that people trust Notify to deliver.

Acceptance Criteria
