We want to push this farther than late July (original timeline) because we don't need this data soon and testing the suspension flow would be useful. We need more time to design the suspension flow first.
I was away last Thursday and canceled the initial interview. It's now booked for Aug 3.
Need to chat timelines with @yaelberger-commits before sending the invites out. Depending on the timeline, I think we could put this back in the product backlog until we have the initial interview. What do you think Yael?

New timeline for testing: Aug 16-22.
Tried to set up Phil’s Calendly link for recruitment email but decided it’s easier to just wait till he’s back on Monday. But, good news, I found a way to make it more obvious that participation is possible in French.
Sent recruitment email and privacy statement to translation
Synced with Andrew and Jumana on getting email addresses for research recruitment: Andrew will grab the email addresses from cloudwatch.

Got the translations back today and sent out the first batch of invites (20). To do in the next couple of sprints:

Monitor response rate and invite more as we need
Once we do the interview on Aug 4, work on facilitation guide and revise the research plan if needed

I'll put this back into the Product Backlog.

Sent the invite to every one else on the potential participants list due to low response rate.

Reviewed the facilitation guide with the new prototype in mind.

I forgot to note previously, I sent the facilitation guide to translation. It should be back by Monday Aug 21

Phil and I both sent out Teams invites to the people who signed up
