Review of guidance pages recommendations

Description

WHY are we building? We've updated our guidance pages and they've now been published. They were proofed by various team members before publishing. Now we need Anik to do a final set of eyes on the EN and FR documents.

WHAT are we building? We will ask her to give us 2 kinds of feedback: (1) Issues that need to be fixed right away. (2) Issues that could be addressed in next iteration.

Anik finished review. Anik and Yedida to meet next week to go through it together and figure out what is actionable now vs. something for consideration/prioritization/discussion later.

Met with Anik this morning, and have scheduled a second meeting to continue going through comments. Anik is marking them in different colours to indicate type of comment/urgency to address.
