Inconsistent spacing around images (guidance landing, formatting, problem emails) in FR UI

WHY are we building? The UI looks inconsistent between EN and FR when it comes to spacing and white space. WHAT are we building? Adding an extra space after images if they are followed by a paragraph, or tweak spacing in live formatting examples. VALUE created by our solution : things look the same in both languages

Acceptance Criteria

Given a user views the UI in EN or FR, if they compare the two UIs side by side, then the spacing around imaging is consistent regardless of the language of the UI

• [x] Formatting emails (in the live examples)
