Scheduler. Inactive calendar controls #1474

Description of issue

Calendar controls are disabled for mouse interaction but can still be focused and activated with a keyboard and screen reader. A button can be selected even though it cannot be activated.

Potential fix

Remove inactive buttons.
Fix the focus appearance to match.
