Impossible to create custom branding with Canada wordmark only #1481

Describe the bug

At the moment, the only option for personalized branding is to either

  1. have your own logo only,
  2. have the generic Government of Canada logo at the top and the Canada logo at the bottom only, or
  3. have the generic Government of Canada logo at the top followed by your own logo and the Canada logo at the bottom

Number 3 is a bug. It should be possible for different FIP signatures to be combined with the wordmark, but without the generic GC signature.

SEV 2. Impacting some user's ability to brand their messages. downstream impact on recipients. The correct FIP signature is essential for recipients to recognize a message. 2 FIP looks like an error.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior

Users should be able to combine their own FIP signature with the canada wordmark.

Impact

Impact on Notify users: They can't set up their email templates to their standards

Impact on Recipients: Possible lack of trust towards the emails they receive.

Bigger questions around standardization and compliance. Smaller effort could be to inform the Support Team not to enable clients to use custom logo in conjunction with GoC FIP and Wordmark
