Update French terminology for status boxes at top of system status page

Description

As a Francophone user, I need equivalent content in French so that my user experience involves no greater cognitive load than the user experience for an anglophone.

WHY are we building? So that status boxes reflect ideal French content

WHAT are we building? Responsive content for up, down, slow and loading in French

VALUE created by our solution UX equivalency for EN and FR

Status page translations Red highlighted content is preferred if it will fit; if not use the content in the column beside it

Acceptance Criteria

When a Francophone user accesses the system status page, they understand the current status without unnecessary cognitive load

• [ ] Cypress UI tests if needed.

• [ ] Generate appropriate log messages so that executions of this feature can be tracked

• [ ] Can misuse of this feature cause harm? If yes, create an alert

• [ ] Update the status of related findings, insights, and hypotheses on the Research Airtable

• [ ] Once change/fix/feature is implemented, link relevant Airtable records to design artifacts (Figma)

• Bilingualism

• Security controls in place

• Measuring success and metrics
