Description

As a new user of GC Notify with a Trial service, I need to know what the daily limit for my service is so that I can test my service and decide when to go live.

WHY are we building? Acceptance Criteria

Given a user is new to GC Notify, when they onboard, create an account and sign in to create their first service, then they understand that the daily email limit is 50 and the daily text message limit is also 50, for a total of 100 daily messages.
