  1. Review the contact us form on the website, what information it collects and how that gets transferred into ZenDesk.

  1. Review the link between Notify and ZenDesk that updates the Deal pipeline to make sure we are capturing all the information we can.

  2. Import existing information from Notify to ZenDesk
