Query DB to learn for each service # of msgs sent via API vs manually #311

Trying to answer a research question to help prioritize a bit which features we highlight on the website. Eventually using Mixpanel we should be able to see where in a user's journey they may graduate from manual sending to using the API for their service, but for now we don't have that info.

We could likely do a database query showing, for each service, the amount of notifications they've sent using the api (basically, using an api key) vs using the admin
