From Leanne: Contact us does multiple things. One of which is requesting a demo. We pass information from that to the CRM. It's working, it talks to the CRM. Mo did that work. Leanne wants to change that form to collect more information and it's more clear on the website how to promote requesting a demo.
Acceptance: A form that collects the following information: (to be sent by Leanne) Saves to CRM
Dependency. Contact us also works as support email. If pulling out the demo form, leave everything else as is under contact us.
