As Sender, I need to be able to understand how to organize and browse my templates, so that I can stay organized.
WHY are we building? Users are unaware of the template organization mechanics, or confused with how template directories can be browsed. Effort to copy template failed
For one participant, it wasn't immediately clear that the checkbox wasn't for navigating to the template on the templates page
It wasn't clear whether the templates could be organized into a folder after they were created. "Email template" repeated for each template on a screenreader, which meant the participant spent a lot of time navigating through the template list of templates.
