We have a client from Accessibility Standards Canada hoping to go live with Grants and Contributions forms on June 20th.
They have run into 2 separate incidents where 2 different colleagues' form response hadn't been received by email, despite them getting a confirmation page upon submission.
Colleague had a form open in both English and French (in separate tabs)
Colleague submitted the form in French first, waited for the confirmation page, and then submitted the English form directly after (at 1:16 pm ET on Tuesday, June 13)
Upon checking with the form owner, the English responses were received but the French responses never made it through
The colleague resubmitted the French form about an hour later (at 2:07pm ET on June 13), and their responses successfully made it through.
4 colleagues tested a form submission: they all received a "confirmation" page, but one of the colleagues' responses were never received (despite getting a confirmation page).
In this case, the only thing that stood out was that they were trying to "break" the form (input invalid answers and receive errors, i.e. they tried to input an invalid date)
