Connected with Partnerships to discuss their needs related to privacy notices. While linking out to a separate notice would allow for more information to be shared, given the focus of the form it may not be a desired design pattern for users that may be already hesitant. We discussed a few design options and a privacy notice at the top of the form that includes a link to the longer more detail privacy and consent notice for the study hosted by GC Articles, would likely be sufficient. Recommended that the Partner department receives form responses and signs the Service Level Agreement.

As an end-user I need to know what information I am providing, what will be done with it, and the consequences of not providing it Just before I hit submit for shorter forms So that I can quickly make an informed decision about whether to provide consent Or, click on a longer version of the notice to get more information before making my decision
