Title spacing in response file #3638

Description

The line spacing for the title in the response/receipt file makes the text overlap.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to GC Forms form with long title
  2. Download responses
  3. Open HTML response file
  4. See title spanning multiple lines compressed

Does this use our regular H1 spacing or is it custom?
