Design: When more than one rule is applied to a section, not obvious to where each individual question routes to #3799

This is a good insight and would require me to brainstorm a bit. No solutions to this at the moment.

Moving this back to new issues

Reason: This is seen as a "Want" that we can design later on. In the interim the user can click on the question to see where it routes to. They are not entirely blocked from their goal of seeing where each individual question routes to, it is just not available within the mapping view
