User Story

As a member of the GC Forms team, I want to collect data on the forms being published, So that we can make informed decisions and understand how the application is being used by users, without manually validating each individual published form.

Acceptance criteria

• [x] Finalize categories of types of forms in EN/FR
• [ ] Implement new modal designs to intercept users before publishing
• [ ] Pull data into the Database
• [ ] Review and test
• [ ] Release *note: we'll need to consider the Conditional Logic feature flag that's On in Staging before we merge
