Preview extends beyond "Add form element" window forcing horizontal scroll

Description

Inconsistent preview window for "Add form element" modal. Cuts off content for radio buttons, checkboxes, contact, and other elements.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to GC Forms Staging
2. Click on Edit > Add form element
3. Try previewing all form elements including radios, checkboxes, attestation, and contact
4. See how the preview changes width for different elements
