Tweaked "Features" in EN/FR to reference conditional logic

Includes broad mention of conditional logic that encompasses the dynamic fields already implemented.

Updated the roadmap preview on "Features" page to reflect current state

Now in line with what's currently new and what's next and on Trello public roadmap.

Also assessed that there's no imminent need for homepage update as nothing becomes outdated

Updated existing interim conditional logic article to prepare to link out to new updated guidance
