Build two Canadian Pension Plan Disability benefit forms and catalogue the features needed that GC Forms doesn't have currently.

Review the needs map and add new ones into the "Not yet added" section

Gaps identified:

• Signature of applicant
• Movable privacy statement (in the middle of the form)
• Workflows/form can be completed by multiple end-users: the end-user has the ability to fill out certain sections, and the medical practitioner is able to fill out the rest
• Repeating Sets
  • Repeating sets within a repeating set: listing all the medications taken within each medical condition added
• File attachments
• Saving form progress, for larger forms
• Linking across pages or adding an accordion page text: the form consistently referred back to the Annex at the end of the form if you need more guidance. It's difficult currently to scroll back and forth through the online mock up form (currently need to scroll through multiple pages/fill out required questions to check the Annex at the end of the form)
