Meet with prototyping partners to test the data retrieval API so that they can:

Associate an API key with a form
Publish a form
Get responses via API
Confirm responses via API
Report a problem via API
Decrypt responses
Check data integrity via checksum

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Kick-off calls with clients
[ ] Dry-run with Core team
[x] Testing call 1 (CBSA)
[ ] Testing call 2
[ ] Testing call 3
[ ] Testing call 4
[ ] Testing call 5
[ ] Analysis
[ ] Playback to team
[ ] Decisions on changes / improvements
[ ] Updates to design document

Clients can test on staging. We'll start with dummy data.

Clients need to register in staging for new accounts.
