Design

[ ] Provide guidance on how to develop an API for a live form
[ ] 1 click create a duplicate draft of the form
[ ] Route the user to the new draft duplicate
[ ] Validate all responses are confirmed, return error if unconfirmed responses exist
[ ] Confirm successful switch
[ ] Turn API delivery on and off

We'll need to figure out what form settings come along for the ride i.e. if you duplicate does the form

copy the template json
set to draft
copy the current form owners?
don't set response delivery value

Updated this version to 2.x to signal that I'd like to see where we should prioritize it after the launch of self-service.
