Description

Questions for address and loading two versions of English instead of French and English

Steps to reproduce

Open a CSV or JSON containing an address complete element in Excel See how the English questions are loaded twice

Questions only loaded once

upon further investigation, I believe this issue is related to having English values in French places. It can also be seen in the JSON file:
