Admin vs non-admin use data element not populating #4588

After reviewing Production DB I can confirm that there are entries for "admin" and "nonAdmin". I still need to confirm if all forms published since July have a value.

The Publish Description, Publish Form Type, and Publish Reason are all there but the formPurpose is missing on the vast majority of entries. Screenshot 2024-11-05 at 3 10 50 PM
