Fixes the Review Page showing the "Go back" button twice.

Test

Do a test with the original client's example JSON form. When filling out the form, select "yes" under "Would you like to receive a response from us?" and continue. The "Give feedback" page should only show one "back" button.

Try a few other forms with groups and keep an eye on the back button displaying only once when navigating the form.
