This PR removes the tracker_integration and track_digital_integration jobs from the job list.
After considering them, I am dissatisfied with what the tracker_integration job is doing, both in terms of speed (it takes a long time), and in general practice (it is dependent on the network).
I am going to rethink it's implementation, but while that happens since they are currently providing little value I am turning them off.
