Clicking "Show services" on the Organization table links to the top of the Domains page #77

This isn't a great interaction because you need to scroll down to the table to access the data you want to see. Clicking "show services" should lead directly to the table.

This might be OBE (overtaken by events) - if testing shows that pulling the donut chart onto a separate page is fine, the toggle will be at the top of the page and the change will be more obvious.
