This PR adds the project name into the project, replacing the placeholder names.

This PR specifically does not do the replacement for the name within the content of the french guidance page, due to the fact that I have no confidence that the grammar would be correct if we were to just drop "Consulter la conformité liée à la sécurité numérique" in as a replacement to the instances of [nom]
