In marching to soft launch we removed content related to answering a top question that is to contrast Product and Project Management. This is important information for users who are not as familiar with the role of product manager, but can anchor their understanding in project managers.

How might we find a way to incorporate a specific piece of background information on a page?

This might require creating and embedding a new content model. We might also consider a way to compare and contrast concepts that are similar but different.

How might we design/develop a feature that enables the emphasis of content, perhaps a box or an indent or another similar pattern?

Why?

In working on the "phases", “roadmaps”, and “user stories” resources the need to highlight/emphasize in-line examples or concepts has come up multiple times. Having this style option will help improve the content and enhance readability and scannability of information.

What's involved:

• Generate ideas and explore options in Figma
• Investigate technical feasibility
• Set up additional logic into website's rich text rendering code
