📇 User story

As a developer, I want to have an application monitoring setup (operational metrics for errors and usage), so that I will be able to able to have more insight into the usage of the application. This will also allow me to react accordingly to submitted bug reports.

• [x] Best practices in CDS has been reviewed
• [x] Done when there is a tool we can use to help debug and check logs
• [x] Done when we know how to utilize the monitoring tools we have (including AWS)
• [x] Done when we have documented the steps above

📜 Acceptance criteria

• [x] We are able to perform a root cause analysis using our operational metrics
