Validate that analytics excludes LR team traffic

Desired outcome All metrics on Google analytics dashboard will either measure only non-LR team traffic or be possible to filter to show only traffic from users outside the LR team.

User and event counts will not reflect traffic from learning resources product team members.

Expected behaviour to be measured When a LR team member starts a session on the Learning resources website via their work computer or phone (or from their typical work IP address), there is no change in any of the metrics on the google analytics dashboard, or there is no change to metrics with an "exclude internal traffic" filter applied.

May want to tackle this issue last over the other issues with Analytics tags so that they're easier to validate.
