Problem: If we have labels sync on, if we delete or update the ones coming from the project template, it causes duplication (and confusion) on our project labels.
Task: Deactivate or delete the labels sync from our github actions
I believe this should be super easy, just need to go to Actions > Find the labels workflow sync > Find a button to disable or deactivate it
