Following this ordering throughout the hiring section of the site:

For roles:

  2. Design research
  3. Design (content, interaction, service)
  4. Software development

For artifacts:

  1. Responsibilities
  2. Technical competencies
  3. Expected activities
  4. Job postings
  5. Statement of merit criteria
