📝 What happened?
During a task that brought them to a page with jump-to links available, almost all participants used the feature to locate specific information on a page. Two remarked on how useful it was. The links were labeled to match the specific piece of information they were looking for. One participant appreciated that the sidebar was persistent as the page scrolled.

” Approche agile. phases de livraison… le menu à gauche, ça c’est tres direct “
”Oh. Well that was easy, it was on the left ”
”but here it was on the left and when i scroll down it was still there “
”Beta , right here, on the left menu again, very easy to find “

As a public servant looking for specific information, I need quick way to scan the contents of a page, so that I can jump to the information that I need without scanning the whole page.

keep the sidebar jump-to links navigation feature
consistently break up long pages with descriptive headers so that sidebar jump-to link component can be included
