📚 Description

This PR will:

Fix paragraph spacing for About and Contact pages

Display description for collections

Allow linking draft resources in Contentful without breaking the resource P.S. This does not fix paragraph spacing for topic pages because topic description is current not a rich text field (another issue will be created to address topic page paragraphs specifically)
