• Make the Learning Resources Wiki a clear and welcoming place, with a clear purpose and audience.

• [ ] Add description about the intended audience

• [ ] Add description about the types of content wiki contains

• [ ] Add directory of contents to homepage

• [ ] Remove empty pages

• [ ] Remove redundant pages

I rewrote / reframed this issue. I think this is very low priority? Perhaps we can remove the Sprint tag for now?
