As a developer, I want to explore tech options for feedback mechanism, so that LR can have options for implementing this feedback feature.

[x] A record of options presented is well-documented
[x] Research team has been consulted about feedback mechanism requirements
[ ] A prototype in Figma exists

📜 Acceptance criteria

[ ] We should be able to determine a path forward based on this exploration
[ ] We should consider developer time and potential for tech debt
[ ] We should consider response format and reports for the non-developers to access and analyze
