Assess LR accessing blockers for Public servant setting access (tablet, Browser, VPN, GC coworking)

Checking for any remaining potential blockers preventing public servants accessing LEarning Resources website in their current set up context (device, location, network ..) Goal is to make sure we are not unaware or ignorning any factors preventing public servants accessing LR in their day to day work life.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Establish the list of conditions in which PS are likely to access LR
• Identify main situations we as a team are not "replicating" as of now and propose plan to run quick set up in order to test the situation
• determine which context we can not replicate or test and assess their potential risk and if we may or not miss blockers for PS
• Give conclusions on current risk and probability of PS not accessing LR

Done when : PM and tech lead review any outstanding risk identified and create if needed associated tickets to solve them
