Context

As an end user accessing or browsing learning resources, I need some anchoring — with context about how a resource came to be, what its limitations are, and how CDS used it or applied it under certain conditions — so that I have realistic expectations about how it might apply to my context (which might differ) and so that I can approach the material or task at hand accordingly.

Done when

Audited which current content needs that additional context, created a template for what might be included, and have a plan for how to obtain that information from others, if/when unknown.
