Migration to AWS from Heroku

This app is currently hosted on Heroku. We'd like to run it in AWS as a Lambda function if possible.

A good order to tackle the current tasks would be:

[x] #215: we've currently only done this for Python projects. It should work for Node.js as well, but until we get it going, the rest of the work is moot.

Ran into some bugs while trying to get the Lambda function to work, managed to get it fixed on Mar 28th. Moving on to the cloudfront module now.
