Using description as calendar event title and posting notification message to Slack with event info

The following changes have been made to the calendar event functionality:

• The description when you create an incident is now part of the description of the incident channel
• The description above is taken as the title of the calendar invite
• After a calendar invite is created, it is posted in the channel with event details:
