When the print tab is open, the tool is unresponsive on other pages.

@srtalbot I'm not sure how to recreate this bug... other pages seem to work for me when the print tab is open.

Right, not much detail, my apologies.

Tool won't open the new tab or link until the print tab is closed.

Most likely the same issue as #1170
