Rework jstat parse and including gc in the jinfo #21

Addressing #20 jstat could not include CGT property. We were not able to reproduce it in the compatibility matrix:

os: [ubuntu-latest,macos-latest]
version: [11, 17, 19]
vendor: [temurin, zulu, liberica]

Reworking the jstat parser and including the gctype in the jinfo parser
