add poisson regression for LiM and add LiNA with MIT license. #114

Dear all,

I made some changes to the LiM and LiNA methods, i.e., 1) added the Poisson regression model for the LiM method and 2) added the LiNA method with the MIT license, in which I used the psy package (MIT license) to replace the factor_analyzer package (GPL license).
