Add milestone sync #3

As of this PR, we can sync milestones into the appropriate Things area as expected. Milestones are created or updated as needed.

Dealing with Scripting Bridge was almost too easy. It's designed to be as "magic" as Core Data, but I've found fewer rough edges so far.
